Hi, I’m Emily
I specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the lasting effects of trauma.
If you’ve tried to manage it on your own only to feel more overwhelmed or frustrated you’re not alone.
Many of the clients I work with are highly motivated but feel caught in patterns that don’t respond to traditional talk therapy. My approach is different.
I use evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, and EMDR for trauma, along with CBT and DBT strategies. These approaches are structured, active, and designed to create real, lasting change.
I’ve completed intensive EMDR training through EMDRIA and advanced training in ERP and anxiety treatment through the University of Pennsylvania CTSA.
Therapy with me is both supportive and direct. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening and help you respond in a new, more effective way.
